General Henry Hayes Lockwood

Henry Hayes Lockwood was from Camden or the surrounding area. He was a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy and was a general in the Civil War and was at Gettysburg. He also commanded troops on the eastern shore of Virginia. He is considered one of the founders of the United States Naval Academy and taught there as well.
