Odd Fellows Lodge

240 East Camden Wyoming Ave.

Amity Lodge No. 20 I.O.O.F. was formed on June 6, 1849. The first years they held their meetings in a rented building until their new hall would be built on Commerce St. (now Camden Wyoming Ave). The upstairs was used as a meeting hall and the downstairs was rented to merchants. They purchased land east of Camden and started the Odd Fellows cemetery in 1872 and maintained it until the lodge ceased to exist. The building was eventually sold to Knight’s Fine Jewelry.
