Southeast Corner Store
1 South Main Street

This store dates to about 1800 and has served in various commercial activities. In the late 1800s and early 1900s it served as a grocery store, and for a brief time, a post office. Later, it served as a drug store for several different pharmacists. In the late 1940s it was ***’s store and later a drug store again. The last store to occupy it was a print shop with the upstairs being used for apartments. The building was torn down in 2023.
