This house was the boyhood home of Governor Charles Terry. It was located at 306 East Commerce St., now Camden Wyoming Ave., just across the street from the Fruitland Grange. The Terrys owned a lot of land behind the house on what is now William Street. It became an apartment building and was destroyed by fire in 1989.
