Thomas Irons

Thomas Irons was an educator, author, and poet. He wrote a book entitled A Brief Story of Early Odd Fellowship published in 1925. His second book was a book of poems entitled The Blue Hen’s Chickens and Other Poems. Several of his poems were about Camden, including the old cemetery on South Main St. and the Quaker Meeting House. Irons lived at 237 East Camden Wyoming Ave.
