Quaker Meeting House

Camden Friends Meeting House was built in 1805 when Patience and Jonathan Hunn donated the land to build a meeting house. Prior to this, the Quakers met at the Motherkill meeting in Magnolia. The meeting house was restructured in 1805 and contained a school on the second floor. In 1828, the Duck Creek and Motherkill Meetings were united with Camden Friends. Camden Friends Meeting House is the only active meeting in lower Delaware.
